Of course this dress is vintage (all of the beauties seem to be that way, right?)  Well, this dress might be impossible to find but I am determined to find something similar.  White and flowy with sequins or beads, yes please!  I'm on the hunt.

The famous quote "the coldest winter I ever spent, was a summer in San Francisco" is not far from the truth.  As summer approaches, instead of grabbing our thin / light clothing, we are pretty much reaching for our jackets.  Not that I mind one bit (shhhhhh, I actually really like the cold weather).  So this outfit is inspired by our cold summers here in the city.  Lots of layers and of course a lip color with a pop.  And I'm finally wearing this jacket!  Thanks again Melanie for the pics.

tree stumps.

I love wood elements in a home and what better way to incorporate this idea, then with actual tree stumps.  I mean, what a great diy.  I love the stumps spray painted in gold, or maybe just a touch of color on the top.  What do you think?  Is this something you would try?
